Order overview in order management tool

After placing your order, you can use the e-mail address and the order number to obtain details of your order via the order management tool.
With the following link you can reach the order management tool. This link can also be found in the order confirmation, which is sent from us via e-mail.

The order management tool gives you a complete overview of your order.

Here you will see:

• which products were ordered in which quantity
• when the order was placed
• what the status of the order is
• the order value

If you click on "Functions" in the right corner of the grey box, you have more options for your order to choose from.

Track delivery: You will be redirected to the shipping service provider's site to determine the exact status of your shipment.
Complaint: If you are not satisfied with your order or a specific item in your order, you can easily open a case via the order management tool and our support team will take care of your problem as soon as possible.
Re-order: Here you can re-order the entire order or individual items of your order.
